A photograph who is called L. B. Jeffries or Jeff broke his leg and is in an armchair during all the movie. As he can't move, he is bored. So, to pass the time, he looks through the window. Like this, he can see all his neighbours : he also watches them. Sometimes, his nurse, Stella, comes to see him.
One night, he hears a terrible shout and he begins to ask himself what it happened. He calls one of his friends, a detective (Doyle) and his girl friend (Lisa). He suspects a man, Thorwald, to have killed his wife and to have cut her in fragments. He investigates and watches this man from his flat and he is helped by his girlfriend. Yes, I liked this movie but it was difficult to understand everything. I just understood the general meaning. It was an interesting story with suspense and new developments. and the actors are very good. So I can say that I liked this movie.

Les joueurs ont dribblé le ballon dans le terrain de foot. Le gardien de but est un tres bon joueur, et il a envoyé le ballon au le camp adverse. Tam a joué contre Redwood. L’équipe de Tam a marque beaucoup des buts. Les joueurs donne les coups de pieds dans le ballon. Enfin, Tam a gagné, et Redwood a perdu.
